수업 목표 Class Policy
CAAD의 원리와 개념, 그리고 설계에의 응용에 대해 다룬다. 실습위주로 진행되며 학생들은 개별 혹은 집단별 프리젠테이션을 하게 된다. 건축의 표현과 수행에 관련한 다양한디지털 미디어에 대한 이해를 함양하는 수업이다. 공간정보의 이-삼차원에 걸친 시각화visualization훈련을 통해 drawing, modeling, rendering, simulation, fabrication 등 디지털 테크놀로지의 역할과 가능성을 CAD(Computer-Aided-Design)의 넓은 관점에서 이해하고 활용하도록 돕는다.
To understand how digital media is applied in recent architectural design process. The course will cover from the basic application of computer modeling tools to setting up design concepts using digital technology. Topics will include creating rules for the form creation process, and the relationship between the design and fabrication. This course includes lab work by enrolled students.
